One of the main goals of HSE University-St Petersburg is to create an international environment on the campus. As a part of this work, the university creates more and more programmes that provide an opportunity to study fully in English. Among them is the master's programme 'Data Analytics for Politics and Society'. Over several years of its existence, the programme has already shown great results, and lots of its graduates have become successful both in business and academic spheres. On November 4, the International Science Fiction Symposium 'Inventing the Future' started in Moscow at the national centre 'Russia'. Its guests and experts discussed what humanity would be like in several decades in the rapidly changing global space. Professors of HSE University-St Petersburg were guest speakers at the symposium events.

The King Sejong Institute has summed up the results of the world competition of essays in Korean. The final stage gathered more than 200 participants. Among the prize-winners was Elizaveta Grinevich, a 2023 alumni of the Department of Korean Studies.
